I found these actual pictures of the 645D as shown at the CP+ show in Japan through 1001 Noisy Cameras.

seeing how technology crosses over like part from the k7 onto the kx i'm sure they could get parts fromt he 645d into a full frame or their next big camera.

Pentax will never make a full frame camera (that is 24x36). The 645 is actually 33x44, so why foolinf around with the full frame (24x36)? APS-C for beginners to advanced amateurs and professional as well, and 645 MF for studios professionals and people that have more money than God.

I think the free copies or loaners for testing will be very rare with this camera. As of now, it's only for the Japanese market. Pentax USA, Canada, Europe and all other Countries, other than Japan, have not written a word about the 645D.
