Beautiful shot Yvon. I live here and it's nice to see PEI represented so well. So what camera?

This photo was taken before Pentax had their DSLRs on the market. I was using a Nikon Coolpix 990 at the time. We were coming back from a trip to "Les îles de la Madeleine" where my parents were born. Of course we had to take a ferry to get there. On our way back, the sun was low and the golden field attracted me. The picture could never show the beauty of the Island.

Yvon, this certainly shows that you have to be at the right place at the right time to get a great photo...but only if you also have the right photographer behind the camera! :-D

This is one of my favourite shots from your portfolio. Ironic that it came from a P&S, huh?
