I like the ides of 'keeper or duds', might copy it from you for my blog too if you don't mind.
I'll have to say dud. It is a very interersting scene but there's too much clutter going on, the dark foreground and dark turbines in the foreground take away from it.
I'd say that you could have a good wander around there and get some great shots.
